I purchased Migration Pro on Sept 16 2016 for the full price of $399, my support ended Dec 16 and now I’d like to upgrade so it is compatible with the latest version of Magento 2.1.4 however it looks like I have to pay ANOTHER $399 TO UPGRADE?
I find this to be very unfair. You should at the very least offer a discounted upgrade fee, ESPECIALLY if it’s within the first 6 months. Most other reputable vendors offer a discount on upgrading extensions because they place value on customer loyalty.
