On the Import Categories screen, regardless of whether I specify to import all items or selected categories, when I click on the red ‘Import Categories’ button, nothing happens.
My categories and products seem to be configured correctly -- they are all enabled, in stock, visible, etc.
Can you please tell me what might cause this?

We wonder you have another profile at Ubertheme? If that’s the case, please submit a ticket under such account so that we could keep track of your purchase. Should you purchase via Magento.com, kindly provide us a copy of payment receipt to info (at) ubertheme.com.
