it seem that the image products didn t migrated in the new server.
We wonder if you already copied the media file as per the Readme instruction? (Please refer to section 6.1. Copy media files).
If you already completed that step, please also check:
- If the migrated root category has been assigned to the default store of your M2 default website? Once you assign the migrated category, you need to reindex and clean the Magento cache.
- Check and correct the permission of folders and file at pub/media as well.
