Having a problem installing the magento platform. Receiving the following error. Any ideas?

Make sure you uploaded full source code. Create a new empty database and try to re-install.

I think it could be user privilages on the DB. My hosting provider only gives me PHPMyAdmin access and im not to sure how to change the privilages. Any ideas?
I think it isn’t related to the privilages. To make sure, you should remove and re-upload all source code, empty database then reinstall.
