Dear liyouchen,
1. First thing first >> You dont seem to be Joomlart Club member.
2. Therefore, you are not entitled to use Joomlart Themes for your Magento.
3. To me the whole error code seems to be purely related to Magento and not to Joomlart theme.
there are better chances of any reply if you are to ask the same in Magento Forums.
Closing this thread. Would delete any such requests from you side next time onwards.
