Our Kidsland theme is just a starting point, where you can customize the way you want. Within scope of our support, our team will provide help in case of issues of our theme and extensions.
PS. Seem you refer to Joomla by mistake? Our Kidsland theme is for Magento only.

Like many other theme providers, providing support for customization is hard, as it varies depending on different cases. Thats why I mentioned in previous reply that our standard support covers bugs fixes that directly come from our themes or extensions.
We will try provide support on minor customization if our time allows.
