Thanks, i have just downloaded and trying on our Dev site, but I get this error after i run php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -t Ubertheme/megamall -f

This is the process i used.
Uploaded all of the files.
Step 1: php bin/magento maintenance:enable
Step 2: php bin/magento setup:upgrade
Step 4: rm -rf var/di/* var/generation/* var/cache/* var/log/* var/page_cache/* var/session/* var/view_preprocessed/* pub/static/frontend/Ubertheme/megamall/*
Step 4: php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -t Ubertheme/megamall -f (Make sure you are using developer (or default) mode)
Step 5: php bin/magento cache:flush
step 6: php bin/magento maintenance:disable
Step 7: clear your browser cache

Please go to M2 root folder and delete this file: app/design/frontend/Ubertheme/megamall/Ubertheme_UbMegaMenu/css/source/module/_var.less
Once done re-compile LESS as CSS following steps as you did. If the issue still persists, do let me know then.

I debugged and found an issue associated with the module/_var.less that led to the deploy issue. We removed this file: app/design/frontend/Ubertheme/megamall/Ubertheme_UbMegaMenu/web/css/source/_module.less
Further, I also updated the extension version for: dev.zappautomation.co.uk/html/app/code/Ubertheme/UbContentSlider
Your site is working fine now, please check again.

Thank you, I have also noticed another problem.
On a few of the side menus in the category pages when i click up the menu, i get an exception.
I dont know if it is theme related?
If i open any of these links i get an exception.

However if go go back to the previous page, the links work.

Meanwhile, I highly recommend you upgrade to the latest Magento 2.2.6. I noticed that you’re using M2.2.4 now.
