    Got Magento 2 store setup with already manually created the different websites.Is it possible to migrate just the customers and associate them to the relevant existing store view?Thanks,G

Hi Bbyd, 
Yes, it’s possible to migrate only Customers. You simply proceed all three steps: #1 (Database setting), #2 (Website, Store setting) and #6 (Customer setting). 
Meanwhile, as you already created websites manually, please make sure you select the option ‘Merge default websites’ in Step 2 -- Migrate Settings > Websites, Stores. This allows you to merge your default Magento 1 website (including default store of default website and default store view of default Store) into existing default Magento 2 website.
