I just purchased and installed the UB Data migration pro and I’m supposed to be able to the link in the menu, but when I do that, it thinks for a bit and returns Whoops, our bad… -- page not found.
I am running magento 2.1.9 and it is a fresh install. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi there,
We wonder if you’re using NGINX server? If that’s the case, please make sure you follow our section 4. Server Configuration guildeline in the Readme.html file which comes with your download package. Also kindly check your file, folder permission as well.
If the issue still persists, please provide us:
- Your SSH (with root permission) and admin credentials of your Magento 2 site.
- And let us know the path of your web root folder
