Itech working problem

Dear,
 
I just install itech theme. I read all documentation and I follow it step by step. I’m having a lot of problems. Menu, in pc screen 100% ok, when you put 130% (bigger” is not good, also in movile not good.
 
Also Position 2, Position 3, all positions with javascript not showing anything.
 
I do not know why, maybe I’m losing something. My magento is 1.9x and is empty, with nothing, just magento and your theme plus extensions.
 
Some help please
