JM Base theme Unable to save settings

Hi there,

We have a serious problem with our theme. We are unable to save any settings on our
JM Base theme backend. The Save button just does not respond when we click on it. We have tried different browsers, cleared cache etc with no luck. We are not sure why this problem has occurred. Can anyone please help?

Hi Hemal,

First of all, please make sure that you set the right permission for all files/folders on your site. The recommend permission is: file-644 and folder-755.

Then you can try to use web inspect / Firebug editor, when you click Save button, you can see the ‘Console’ tab of Firebug, it will show you the error and you can know where it comes from.

If problem still persists, you can PM me URL, admin and ftp credentials of your site.
