JM Mega Menu appears blank on LIVE Server

Dear Support

I’ve been working on my site offline locally for the past month, and have most of the site setup ready. I’ve just uploaded my site to a LIVE test server.

All appears correct and working except I cannot now edit or access any JM Mega Menu options?

If I enter JM Mega Menu the list appears blank, but the menu is available on the frontend.

If I attempt to create a new menu entry, the frontend menu disappears all together.

I’ve tried re-installing JM Mega Menu 1.0.6 but still I cannot get it to work. Please can you help?

Hi carline,

Your menu item need to be assigned to a menu group, i just created a new menu group name English for you, to assign your existing menu items to this group you can go to your database management tool and try to run this sql query

  update jmmegamenu set menugroup = 12
