JM Mesolite – Features & Release time…

The JM Mesolite is almost ready, however I feel it is better if there are some more testing on the demo before we can release a bug free, stable version of the templates.
I know this should be better planned, however, this is the second Magento template of JA Team and we have not very well prepared for the complication of Magento extensions

There will be 3 Magento Extensions released together with this release, named:

JM Product List

You can choose to display products with specific attributes (Latest, Best Buy, Most Viewed, Most Reviewed, Top Rated..)
Attachment 4549

JM Product Slider
Charming product showcase with JQuery
Attachment 4546

JM Slideshow
Display beautiful banner from any specified folders. So if you have known about JA Slideshow II we use in many template (JA Cooper, JA Opal, JA Quartz, JA sanidine II…) than this is a porked version of JA Slideshow 2…

The first release will not be as advanced as JA Slideshow II but we will update on a regular basics.

Attachment 4547

If everything go well, Club Members will can have your download on Tuesday 17th 09 as our office is closed on weekend.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. For the time being, you can checkout the demo, please report any bugs you can find in this forum.

Thank you very much for your contribution.

Well done. Looks very well. I thought JM Purity was too similar to the default Magento template but this one is a million miles away from it. Nice work.

Any chance of getting a reply on this thread regarding Credit Redemption for Magento stuff?

Wow, here you are, thanks, let’s see, extensions for Magento, product slider and slideshow same as for VirtueMart? Hmm, looks fine, let’s see, 1 USD is equal to 20 VDong. Nice currency converter that is working too. But isn’t this too much like the JA Mesolite? I like the theme but this is like 100% the same as JA Mesolite, where I thought it will look only somehow like JA Mesolite you really made it look 99,99% as the VirtueMart Template. Nice job, I must say, unique, haven’t seen such work before, but I also would be interested to see some next template not based on an already existing one.

Good result but very crazy somehow…

THANKS!

I have made 2 screenshots of problems that will, when not solved and adjusted before the release, create some typical error and help requests by members who are not so knowledgable in working with the admin of the shop and the product slider extension.

When you look at the screenshots you see that those 2 product snapshots are underlaying the right end of the module. So to avoid that members come up with problems like "My products are cut off by the module on the right, how can I fix it?", I would set the default settings to one product less in the display, better one product less in a row as some of the last ones on the right to be cut off, or make some other adjustments that people will not see those errors when they install the themes and demo content or their own content.

Really? This would be great news.

Can any developer members confirm they have download access to JM templates?

Tried it too, No luck. Maybe Hung will clarify. Perhaps that was the reason for the credits. To be used for membership in Magento?

I like this one — very clean layout. But, as noted by Hung, it is not ready yet.
