Hi,
I’m trying to associate one category per Tab in Kidsland where the Featured product is located (in the demo). The thing is, products are being shown in most of the tabs, even if they are not part of the chosen category. Is it possible to assign only one category per Tab?

Yes. Please try read two docs. http://www.ubertheme.com/docs/product-list/ it for product and product in one category
and it http://www.ubertheme.com/docs/category-list/ for category.
