JS issue with Add To Cart, why?

Hi,

We’re having JS issues in the front that lead to the ajaxaddtocart in the UB Base menu. Why are these (along with compare & wishlist) present in the base module for the mega menu? We do not wish to have any changes or additions to these items.
Can we just disable these 3 blocks via layout xml without having issues with the mega menu?

Yes, you can do that for compatibility with your third-party theme/extensions. Also, you should disable the related plugin of our module in the XML file at app/code/Ubertheme/Base/etc/di.xml.
