Once I have used the Uber theme migration tool, and uninstall it from a magento 2 install completely
Can I then install the software on another Magento 2 install and import related to another website?
There would only be 1 magento install for the ubertheme plugin as I would delete and remove from the original website.

In this case do you migrate from another M1 database source?
If you do then you need to purchase more licenses. For each license you’re entitled to migrate the data from a single M1 database instance.
