Line above/below departmen list

my website is currently in production and I can not publish departemt list until I have finished to modify icons.

However, if you look carefully Ja University demo, you’ll see a separator line below icons. The line below does not bother me. The line above yes.

In reality, the line below does not bother me.
The line that appears above is rather unaesthetic.
