the login and register button are in there own boxes but not in demo? How can i get these back in the right place.

I’m not sure if you customize something in this theme or not but the markup looks seem different from our demo site. You can try to switch default theme to use the default theme of magento and see how it goes. If problem still persists, then try to disable all 3rd party extension used in this page.
In case that it works fine in default magento theme, PM me admin and ftp credential of your site, I will try to investigate it further.
