Thanks for reaching out to us.
It’s a pity that our UB Data Migration Pro module helps to migrate from Magento CE 1.x to Magento CE 2.x only.
PS. Some of our users use our module to proceed with Magento EE data migration projects, however they all solved the issues during the migration process at their end since this was beyond the scope of our support. Please consider if you want to move forward with this option.

I think there is no db schema difference between EE and cloud. So if it works for EE. Then may be cloud will also support.
What do you think? If we need your support on this what will be cost?

It’s a pity that we can only provide our UB Data Migration Pro package on as-is basis without the support.
All users who used our module for Magento EE related projects followed that option and resolved all issues themselves.
