Migrated Customers cannot Checkout

Good Day,
If I register a new account, the system seems to work 100%.
If a customer that was migrated goes to the checkout page, they get the following screen:

Hi Kri8it,
For each of your migrated store, please open it and click Save button in the back-end of your site. Then the issue should be resolved.

Hi kri8it,
I have checked your instance for a long time and see that the customer with email [email protected] has some bad data with the address information. But I could not find the root of the issue at the moment yet. Also, I could not edit any customer’s information in your back-end (both new customer and migrated customer). Maybe this is the  root of issue: http://i.prntscr.com/459cc01deffd4f6181b5fd80c435071b.png
It seems you had used our free tool (the old version distributed via Github) in the first time before using our pro edition which might cause unexpected conflicts.
Also you are using some third-party extensions and themes in your instance. As per our suggested workflow, the following steps will help to avoid unexpected issues:

Step 1: Install the latest version of Magento 2.1.5
Step 2: Re-download and install latest version of our tool -- v3.0.6
Step 3: Start data migration in all steps with our tool as our guide in the Readme.txt
Step 4: Verify your data migrated.
Step 5: Once done, you can install third party themes/extensions.
Can you consider the workflow to proceed migration again?
Regards,
Mall.

Hi Mall,
Thank you for that, but unfortunately that is not possible as it stands now.
We have already done a lot of content altering after migration, as well as having 3rd party providers contacted to setup SAP connections etc.
We do not have time and cannot afford to begin the process all over again.
We need to come up with a solution that works without needing to restart the entire process.

Hi kri8it,

We do not have time and cannot afford to begin the process all over again.

I see, but as explained in my first reply, the issue does not relate to our tool. As you see, you could not edit any customer information in your back-end, even for a new customer (not migrated one).
Please share me a back-up of your Magento1’s database, which included the customer you mentioned. I will work with your data to verify such issue again.
Regards,
Mall.
