I just installed this theme using the Quickstart. Some images aren’t showing up as you can see on the homepage:

Any ideas?
The image also doesn’t work on the test product I added. Something is wrong with the path.

Update:
This is the path of the image it’s trying to pull:

When I navigate to that path and download the image in my FTP program, the image is fine. I changed all permissions in the /shop directory to 755 and it still doesn’t work.
Update: If I comment out "Options All -Indexes" in the .htaccess file in /media, it shows the placeholder images rather than broken images.
And now I can’t access http://www.springrates.com/shop/index.php/admin
It sends me to the homepage.
