Can you advise how I can change the footer text "magento is a trademark etc.." on the bottom of the iphone page?

Hi there,
Plz open file: app\design\frontend\default\iphonetemplate\page\h tml\footer.phtml
Find this code beginning at line 30 as default:
HTML Code:
<p class="legality"> <?php echo $this->__('Magento is a trademark of Irubin Consulting Inc. DBA Varien. Copyright © %s Irubin Consulting Inc.', date('Y')) ?> </p>
And change it to suit your wishing.
