my product quick view is not working

Hi atul goel,
you have to edit my theme yet. Currently i see your site use the old extension Jmquickview and old theme. To fix the issue, please follow these steps:
1. backup the website.
2. go to http://www.ubertheme.com/magento-themes/megamall/ to download and install  the new packet.

I have few questions before updating the theme
1) can we just put the new theme on the old one?
2) What about our data related changes?
3) will it be a major rework on the website
4) right now our jm tabs also not working will the tabs also work

=> Yes, you can.

2) What about our data related changes?

=> Your data will not be changed when you put the new theme. 

3) will it be a major rework on the website

=> Yes. when you put the new theme, it works in the website.

4) right now our jm tabs also not working will the tabs also work

=> Yes, the extensions are updated with the new theme. 
But  before updating the theme. please backup your site and database.
