Navigation Bar JM Sulfur

I am trying to add additional menu items to JM Sulfur, I have installed the Navigation bar extension http://www.magentocommerce.com/extension/657/navigation-bar-administrator

and read the forum post http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34095

and the items appear (Safari only) but not on the top bar where I want them next to the existing menu.

Does anyone know which CSS file I should modify to get the menu into the right place.
