Since migrating data from 1.9 to 2.1.3 we have noticed that the review stars are not showing next to customer reviews (https://forestsuperfoods.com.au/maca-powder-buy-online.html) or under product title.
In backend it says “rating isn’t available”. This also causes rich snippets to show “1 out of 5 stars” even if all reviews are 4/5 stars out of 5!
Can you provide a solution to fix this?

Hi there,
In backend it says “rating isn’t available”.
Please re-provide me admin and phpmyadmin credentials of your site now. I will check further to find root of issue as you mentioned.
This also causes rich snippets to show “1 out of 5 stars” even if all reviews are 4/5 stars out of 5!

I’m facing the same problem. In front-end you can see overall product review but you cannot see which score has been selected for each customer review.
In backend the same: rating isn’t available
Additionally I have other issue, reported here
