No Support Ticket – No Reply From Support in The Forum Either

I tried to submit a ticket and there was a notice that support ticket is under maintenance.
I am disappointed with Joomlart support, it takes forever to get a reply from support.
The website is not working on mobile device, the menu is not working.
No one can shop at the store.
Anyone had problem with the navigation menu?
