Hi,
I installed the extension and followed the CLI steps. When I logged in to admin and clicked the UB icon, the page loaded empty. Using chrome inspect, I saw an error:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://mysite.com/admin_blahblah/ubdatamigration/index/index/key/fb34f2bfa67c1282832...07a/'
was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://mysite.com/pub/ub-tool/index.php?token=0b93db5d0...'.
This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
I grep’d the files and saw this:
Ubdatamigration/Block/Index.php:53: $baseUrl = $store->getBaseUrl(\Magento\Framework\UrlInterface::URL_TYPE_LINK, $store->isUrlSecure());
I tried changing $store->isUrlSecure()
to 1
… now when I clicked on the UB icon, I get a 404 error in the body of the page. So it was partly right. Maybe. I’m pretty good with Magento 1, but with 2, it seems the “easy mistakes” are here all over again in different ways.
Please let me know where I went wrong?

Hi there,
Please let me know where I went wrong?
Kindly provide me the information about your instance as followings:
+ Admin credentials and site URL
+ SSH credentials and web root path to your M2’s instance.
I will check further and help you out.
Regards,
Mall.
No progress yet on this… I did enable the insecure content and this was the next error impeding progress:
`Refused to display ‘http://mysite.com/pub/ub-tool/index.php?token=0b9blahblahf7b951e066cd17812’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘sameorigin’.`
The 7 days is about up for the refund period…
Thanks,
Chris

As data migration is a complicated process that associates with various factors, for every issue that you might run across, we need to directly debug and suggest resolution to you then.

Yes, I did that 3 days ago. Right after it didn’t work — combined with the not being able to find a quick reason or fix for it. Tomorrow ends my 7 days of being able to refund. Is that period extended until 7 days after it works?
Thanks,
Chris
Credentials have now been sent to Mall
and ubdev
🙂 Thanks for your help.

Hi Chris,
I have checked your Magento 2 back-end and see the Not Found issue when I clicked on the menu link of our migration tool. I have downloaded your ssh private and public key content and tried to connect to your server via SSH to detect further about that issue.
But when trying to connect, it asked me the passphrase of the ssh key: http://i.prntscr.com/Kcuk6q-uQ__5jMVpU7zHBA.png Please provide me the passphrase of your ssh key. I will check further and help you out.
