Hi Ayesha,
We wonder which version of the migration tool you’re using. We have an old script on Github which was no longer maintained. There’s also another Lite version at Ubertheme, however, it is based on an outdated code base as well.
So we highly recommend you consider moving forward with our newer Pro version. It has been improved and fix bugs in accordance with the latest Magento 2.3.5-p1.
Meanwhile, please note that our module supports Magento CE 1.x to Magento CE 2.x only.
