Hi there,
No, you can proceed delta migration after you complete theme customization. Our first reply mainly emphasized that you should run a full data migration in the first time, instead of running a partial migration. Then you can continue with the theme integration. Once done, you do delta migration to transfer the new data added during the theme integration phase.
