That’s strange issue. If you installed the package in a live site, please pm me url, admin and FTP credentials, I will try to debug the issue.
localhost installation, how to verify in a development localhost server?
I installed the package in my localhost but could not see the problem. It’s hard to detect the root of issue without have a closer look into your site. It would be best if your site can go live, I will help you then.
