Hello, when I create a new category menu item, the only options for categories are from the Default Root Category. I can not see any of the other root category items in the category list in the menu selection box. Is there any why to include the extra root categories?
Also how can I create different menus in a multi-store site?

I think the menu should display only categories from the Default Root Category in case your site is one-store site, at the current version the module also is not supported multi-store yet, I hope in the near future it should be updated to support multi-store site.
