Order open white page Unable to unserialize value.

Good day,
since I have immigrated the orders I can not open an order anymore. Only the order number is shown above, the rest is white.
 
The next problem is when I want to open a customer I get the following error:
Unable to unserialize value.

Yes, I see Magento version 2.2.0 in your instance now.
Kindly re-download the latest version ver.3.1.1 of our tool and install to your instance following our Readme.html (included in the download package). 
In case you missed, this is a tutorial video that walks you through out the installation process.

Hi there.

Yes, I see you mentioned that issues in your first reply. That issue was due to some new changes in Magento ver.2.2.x (Magento ver2.2.x changed data encode function from serialize to json_encode in some data sections)
We already updated our tool to handle that cases in the latest Pro ver 3.1.1. 
So, kindly follow steps as my reply #5. And let me know how if such issue persists after you have redo data migration in the new instance with the latest Pro version 3.1.1.

As discussed in your other topic, I have executed the following command now the compile has also gone through, but the module is now not displayed in the backend.

-> rm -rf /var/www/share/xxxxx/htdocs/app/code/Ubertheme/Ubdatamigration/lib/

please install me it is now I have been busy for several days it annoys me slowly

Hi there,

We see you had some existing data portion in your curreent Magento 2.2.0 instance now, while you have not installed our latest UB Data Migration Pro ver3.1.1. 

We wonder if you did use our old migration Pro version to run migration before? 

As the Pro ver3.1.1 is available for Magento 2.2.0 and above, if you use our older Pro version for migration on Magento 2.2.0, it can cause unexpected issues.

Further, from your old ticket here (https://www.ubertheme.com/question/problem-with-ub-data-migration-pro-start/#answer-509668), I noticed that you have not successfully upgraded to Magento 2.2.0 from your old instance. I am not sure the steps you did upgrade your Magento 2, however your instance shows that you still use old database of Magento 2.1.0, however your source code is updated with Magento 2.2.0). This leads to the issue for Magento itself, hence it affects our migration tool. 

Further, data migration is a complicated process, if you do not strictly follow our guideline in Readme.html file (included in your download package), it will be hard for us to provide you help.

Anyway, could you please set up a fresh Magento 2.2.1 version? This avoid the potential issues due to the unsuccessful upgrade in your current instance.

Once the new instance 2.2.1 is available, I will help you install our UB Data Migration Pro ver.3.1.1 for free (normally this requires extra cost for installation).

I see you have installed some third-party extensions in current Magento2 instance. Do you think that issues may come from that extensions?
Do you have see any error message in the Magento’s log?
