You could see at your end. There is not error in the log of our tool. Everything is fine. So, let’s continue with data migration in the step #7 of our tool by run CLI command:
php -f bin/ubdatamigration run --step=7
And tell me know how it goes.

As you did not follow a regular migration workflow as per our Readme.html instruction, we’d like to clarify further before getting back to you in details. 

1)I have set up data migration in website m2.ruffledata.com (https://prnt.sc/jix84p) its completed

We wonder if you still keep this instance in place? We need to check the configuration you had in this instance.

2)I copied database associated with  m2.ruffledata.com with a new site m2ruffle.com

Please help to explain in details how did you copy the database? 
At present, the delta migration is not possible with all 3 steps you proceeded. 
Once knowing the two points above, we will check and get back to you then.

So, after copying migrated database from your old M2 instance, did you also copy full associated M2 source files?

Did you re-upload source code of our tool to new instance and then re-install from the ground up? Or did you just copy our migration tool source code from your old instance?

Also, please provide me credentials of your new instance:

• Your M2 back-end url
• Admin and SSH credentials
• Let me know the path to the web root folder of your Magento 2

Then I added one category in source database and run php bin/ubdatamigration run --step=4 in ssh, but that category is not added.

Did you create parent or child category? Did you resetting in the step #4 of our tool after created a new category in M1’s datbase?
Let’s try run with update mode:
php -f bin/ubdatamigration run --step=4 --mode=update
And tell me know how it goes.
