I found that the invoices and orders in my store are not migrated by the tools.
I guess it is because my store use a different order and invoice prefix for their increment_id.

No, the increment id’s prefix does not effect to the data migration on sales data.

That is strange. Does it happened with all your sales orders and sales invoice? Please provide me more information about your instance:
+ Admin credentials and URL to back-end
+ SSH credentials and path to Magento2 folder
+ phpMyadmin credentials of your M1 and M2 databases.

Hi Mall,
It turns out to be we didn’t select the correct store view so only data from default store view are processed.
We have changed the configs and are running it. Will update if the problem still exist.
