Paypal express review page is blank after an upgrade from Magento 1.7.0.2 to 1.9.3.

Anyone had this before? Any ideas?

Hi Ziven,
we exchanged PMS a few days ago about the same site.

My test url is http://www.bzpb.co.uk.

If I choose paypal as the payment method, I am taken to paypal to login, after entering username and password I am taken back to the website to review teh details, however the review page (http://www.bzpb.co.uk/paypal/express/review/) has no content there, so it is not possible to complete the order
