I’m using PayPal Payments Advanced and I am receiving an error when clicking the button “Place Order” on my one page checkout. The error is “User Authentication Failed”. I have confirmed my credentials in Magento for PayPal. I have gone over the steps provided by both PayPal and Magento for integration multiple times, but have been unable to proceed past this error?
PayPal is requesting the file:
The NVP string. It would look similar to this:

I am not asking for you to fix it,
I AM ASKING YOUR SUPPORT WHERE IS THE NVP FILE THAT PAYPAL SUPORT WANTS ME TO EMAIL THEM SO THEY FiX IT.
You have an example what the file looks like, on the on the first part on the question
I can not find the nvp file.
Your Thechzone theme does not work with paypal pro, or paypal advance.
After paypal updated to paypal flow pro it stop working.
Please just helo us where the file is.

Hi Carlos Sagastume,
That is a Magento core issue and it is out of scope support from us.
However, you can find it at path /app/code/core/Mage/Paypal/Model/Api/Nvp.php
Your Thechzone theme does not work with paypal pro, or paypal advance.
After paypal updated to paypal flow pro it stop working.
And you shouldn’t to say that, let’s try switch to default theme of Magento, you will still get that issue with Paypal.
