I have used your free data migration tool (lite version) and migrated upto products.After product migration i have some queries.
1.All the products show in admin grid and also assigned to respective categories but no products show up in frontend? Instead getting “no products matching the selection” error?
2.But products page is working when go by product the url key?
3.How can i migrate extension data?
4.How can i migrate custom table?
5.How many domains can i use this tool?
6.If any problem occurs after migration can i assure that the solution within the support period?
7.If problem continues even after support period,then support period will be extended?
8.Do you have 24/7 support after pro tool purchase?
9.I have 20 Thousand+ products and 1.65 Lakhs+ customers and 1.50 Lakhs+ orders how much time will it take?
And i want to know what are all other benefits i will get if i purchase your pro tool with support?

We’d like to answers your questions below: 
For the questions #1 & #2:
A. There’re a few extra steps after you complete all migration steps in our dashboard before you can have the data ready for use (for instance, copying media folder from M1 to M2; run reindex command etc.,)
For the questions #3 & #4:
A. At present, our tool supports core and custom attributes for Product. For customers, we support core system attributes only, the custom fields for sales data are not handled yet. This is partially because such custom fields do not exist in default Magento 2. Further, for those are added manually or via third-party extensions, it would be best to leave such custom fields handled by the associated extensions, intead of separately migrating those. 
5.How many domains can i use this tool?
A. Our license grants you permission to migrate one single Magento 1 database instance only.
For the question #6, #7 & #8:
A. We provide standard support via our forum helpdesk on our working days (we’re off in the weekend). Due to the high support workload, we can not commit on instant support. We will follow up with you within 24 hours though. Renewal will be needed upon your subscription expiry.
9.I have 20 Thousand+ products and 1.65 Lakhs+ customers and 1.50 Lakhs+ orders how much time will it take?
A. The migration time might vary depending on various factors, like your server power, unexpected issues that might happen during the migration process… Most of the issues are from server side or non-standard M1 database, but we can help resolve such issues.
From many migration projects at Ubertheme, we find most projects complete within less than 2 months, even for big database (like this one, and this one)
