Hello team,
I have been trying to follow-up since last 2 days for my refund, sent multiple reminder emails, sent message as a refund request, however no one has responded yet.
As already mentioned in my messages sent earlier, I would like to get the money refunded back as I am not satisfied with the themes and moreover moving over to a different e-commerce platform. I will no longer be using this account to download as the theme along with the underlying platform is damn slow.
