-- Problem occurs only with Magento 1.9.1.0 & Latest Bookshop, I have just upgraded my production site with Latest version. But it works well with Magento 1.9.0.1 & Previuos Bookshop.
Please help me fix this bug. It’s very important for my Production Site.

-- However, you can see these bugs easily when you setup Latest Bookshop version on Magento CE 1.9.1.0.

Hi Sang,
For now my theme is on the phase on testing and upgrade to Magento CE 1.9.1.0, the current version is not compatible with version 1.9.1.0. As a result, there are an error on compability, my team try hard to setup the plan to upgrade this theme.
I will let you know when the new package is available to download.
