Hi there,
When you click on the first Category…it will display the products or subcategories. But when you then choose a difference menu item that has subcategories it will keep displaying the products or items from the first menu item. I know that this can be fixed disabling the cache but we need the cache enabled for site performance.

Hi There,
Actually, the block you mentioned does not use the Magento default layered navigation. It is a custom block of our theme which simply load the category tree as per our demo.
Regarding the issue you mentioned in the screenshot, please check the product settings to see if the camera product was configured to show in multiple categories.
