Problems getting products to display after migrati

I have successfully completed the data migration using your tool. My problem is that I can’t get products to display. They are in the old product categories and I have added them to the new categories. All seem to be set to “Out of Stock” and I have updated that as well but no luck. Reindexed and cleared cache.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,
The out of stock products are not showing as default setting of Magento2. You could try enable to show these products in Stock options in back-end like as this: http://i.prntscr.com/EWPQ4RfaRuSLhuZO4FWTbQ.png
And clean the magento cache after your changing. And tell me know how it goes then.

Mall.

Still having major issues after migrating. Apparently stock quantities and status didn’t migrate.
We are unable to change product categories in the admin. When editing a product, if the category is changed it gives an error “No such entity with id = 41.” Apparently there are issues with the categories now. I have deleted the migrated categories in an attempt to fix this but no luck.
I am now also unable to add products. I suspect it is related to imported attributes. The save button does nothing, no error, no save, nothing when adding a new product.
I need help troubleshooting this as everything was working correctly prior to the migration and no other changes have been made.

Hi there,

I have deleted the migrated categories in an attempt to fix this but no luck.

You shouldn’t do that.
I am not sure what you did in your instance after your first migration using our tool. Could you consider resetting data migration in all steps and remigrate all steps once again?
This is the Reset CLI command:

php -f bin/ubdatamigration reset

Resetting and redoing the migration seems to have corrected the problem.
Now I have a new issue. Customers can’t sign into their accounts in the front end (the ones I have tested). I’m getting “You did not sign in correctly or your account is temporarily disabled.”

Hi there,

Now I have a new issue. Customers can’t sign into their accounts in the front end

Let’s re-correct the customer credentials once more.
And please note that, you must setting for migrated website as default website. And then, the migrated customers could be login in front-end.

Mall.

I attempted to run a “delta” migration and it gave me an SQL error. The option to run a Delta is no longer available, it says “Run” now and that’s not what I need.

Hi there,
I am sorry for replying to you this late, as I have been back to work from our weekend.

The option to run a Delta is no longer available, it says “Run” now and that’s not what I need.

That was because you have not finished in the first run yet. You could continue by clicking ‘Run’ button or using the CLI command as per our guide in Readme.html that comes packed with the download package.

I attempted to run a “delta” migration and it gave me an SQL error

Please provide me more details about that issue, I will check further and help you out.

That you for your answer but you are not correct. We did complete the first run. In fact, you had me reset and run the first run second time to get it to complete properly.
I have successfully run a Delta update already but this time it generated an SQL error and has changed the “Delta” button back to a “Run” button. In fact, all buttons below the catalog are also changed to “Run.”
We were nearing launch but it appears that this has caused a problem with our database. Customers can no longer log in and placing an order now generates an error.
Please help.

I have restored a system backup (files and database) to a point before I ran the delta that errored and that solved all of the problems, except I still need to run a delta. I don’t want to break things again. Please give me some guidance.

To do delta migration, you simply click to ‘Delta’ button in dashboard of our tool. If you get any issue during do delta migration lets pause your activities and contact us. I will help to check further and help you out.
Also, you should view more about our guide for delta migration in Readme.html (included file in your downloaded  package)
