Hi there,
To see migrated categories and products you must assign the migrated root category for current default store of the default website in stores management in your M2 instance.
And reindex your data after your changes.

Mall.

Hi there,

Please can you take a look?
I have tried to reindex the data multipul times

Does your products was out of stock? Please note that, the out of stock products will be not show in front-end as default setting of M2.
If you still need further help, let provide me information about your instance:
+ Admin credentials and URL to back-end
+ SSH credentials and path to Magento2 folder

Hi there,

Products not showing

I have checked your instance and see you have set the default website as ‘Main Website’ and the default store as ‘VAN-X’ (the store which has the group_id = 1)
However, you set the root category of the default store (group_id = 1) is ‘Default Category’:
http://i.prntscr.com/Su7RUKp_SrqnRZ_lCCsmkQ.png
As you could see, it is not migrated root category.

Therefore, in order to show the migrated root category and associated products in the front-end, you must set the migrated root category for the default Store of the default website. And once done, you need to reindex the data and clean the magento cache.

Regards,
Mall.
