I was under the impression I was purchasing the extensions bundled with crafts for magento 2. Turns out, they were not included. It is within 7 days of purchase. I’d like a refund, please.

I see you purchased Crafts 2.0 theme since July 12. As you can see in our introduction page, the Crafts 2.0 without Extensions is clearly stated. Further, we add an highlight comparison to avoid confusion https://www.ubertheme.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/edd/2016/06/Crafts-packages.png
At the time you download, your profile also shows the download package without Extension as well.

PS. There have been case that the issue comes from Magento itself, not really our products though.

We’ve just released Crafts 2.0 (stable) yesterday. Could you give it a try with this stable version (the one you did use was beta release though)?
Upon a few recent cases with Magento 2.x, we see that there appears some issues of the Magento 2.x itself, not our products. So please consider to reopen your ticket, our team will help you out.
