Regarding Related products, up-sells

Hi,

I have been trying to set up related products and up-sells.

When I add a product under "Related Products", on the front end (product view), it shows that "related product" as "Available Colors" with a thumbnail under quick overview instead. I am trying to have the related products to be shown under description(like on the demo)

Also when I add a product to up-sells, I don’t see anything showing up on the product page.

Please advice. Thanks.

The Related Products would be shown as "Available Colors" and the related products showing under description are actually up-sell products that has been a default setting for this theme.

did you set the field of Show Upsell Product in jmbasetheme back-end to yes ?

I have pm you earlier.

I have tried to installed a quick start on a testing server. After installed(with sample data), it shows up-sell products ok. However, once you save any setting in JM Base theme(for example, color,etc..), the up-sell will disappear on front end. So seems like something to do with base theme/template maybe.

I have tried uploading the app/design folder again and the up-sell products show again on front page.

Any ideas? Thanks.

okay koonline, it seem to be a bug, I have accessed via FTP and fix the issue for you, you can take a look again !
