Hello,
 
  We have Magento EE version 1.13.1.0 and want to migrate data to Magento2 EE version.
Is that “UB Data Migration Pro” support magento EE ?

At this phase our migration tool is available for Magento CE only, as stated in the product page. 
In case you have upcoming data migration project with Magento CE, please check back our tool.

Hi Mbhuava, 
It’s pity we still focus on Magento CE at present, so instance for Magento EE is not available in the near future.
