remove static blocks from tabs

I need to remove the static blocks from all pages except the homepage, so on the tabs it just shows product lists, not the static block (JM Masshead I think). How do I do it? Please in plain language and from the admin panel, not in programming language.

I need to confirm some info here. At all pages, which one you want to remove? JM Masshead and all static blocks at the left column?
