I was wondering if we can install the sample items and promotions so when we install the template it is looking exactly like the demo ? It seems easier for me to find image and create my promotions that way.

please install using the quickstart package following the available instructions inside the quickstart.
the main thing to have the demo data is to run the correct .sql file so that the data will be loaded.
