I’m new to Magento. Have been playing around with JM Sulfur template for a while and am having some issues. Might not be related to JM Sulfur. Wondering whether someone here can help me out.
1. Description doesn’t support unicode? The site is in English. However, I need to enter some product description in Chinese. These Chinese characters show up as question marks. Is there any configuration I need to set to support Chinese characters in the description?
2. Cache management issue. I created a new product, leaving the stock option to the default as "Out of stock". However, when I change it to "In Stock", the frontend still displays as "Out of stock". It remains that way even after I have cleared the cache from backend>>System>>Cache Management. Am I looking at the wrong place to clear the cache?
3. Bundled product custom options not shown. I created a Bundled product and added some custom options. However, the frontend only shows the product description. What should I do to enable the display of custom options in the frontend?
Any suggestions or help are greatly appreciated.

Something to add on. When I click the Inventory link on the left, I can only see two options: Manage Stock and Stock Availability. I cannot set how many in stock. Is this because it’s a bundled product?
