Don’t mind the Home link, it is deactivated.
After you configure the MegaMenu, you need to flush Magento cache to apply your changes.
If you already did that and the issue still persists, then provide us your site info, we will check further:
- URL and admin credentials of your M2 instance
- SSH credentials of your M2 instance
- Let us know the path to your M2 folder
Meanwhile, please let us know the PHP version you’re using (We noticed that you did ask us yesterday about the compatibility with PHP 7.2 and 7.3).

Yes, cache flushing doesn’t fix the issue.
We’re using 7.2, giving access via SSH is not something we are very keen about. It creates a lot of extra work to do this in a secure way.
We’ll test the mega menu on a 7.2 clean install with Luma theme here internally and send feedback. If the issue also occurs, than you can patch the extension without SSH.
Can I ask why 7.2 and 7.3 has not yet been tested in paid extensions? 7.1 has been EOL for a long time.

We’re sorry for replying to you this late as we’ve just been back from our weekend.
We’ve had a quick test with our UB MegaMenu latest ver. 1.1.8 and see it works fine with PHP 7.2. (Testing with PHP Version 7.2.28-3+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1)
