the latest download (11 June) for the JM SPORTY QUICKSTART installation does not contain the Sporty template folder in the skin folder. Therefore the site installs, but obviously using the magento default template.
Downloads: JM Sporty for Magento 1.9 (163.57 MB) This is the quickstart download.
(also there is a fault in the downloads section for the template JM SportsGear too as posted in the downloads section yesterday. The total download folder for the SportsGear Quickstart is less than 800K indicating that there are very few files in the QuickStart installation for SportsGear )
